Let’s get to know each other…

My Reflexology Journey

My road to reflexology was a twisty one that eventually brought me where I belong, helping people like you find comfort and relief through the power of this practice.

I grew up in Lebanon where I completed my BA in developmental psychology. Due to the war I moved to the UK and developed an interest in nutrition which led to me becoming a nutritional consultant in 1999; this coincided with the birth of my children, so I decided to focus on enjoying motherhood.

Why I Do What I Do

When clients come to see me, they leave feeling different even after the first session, which I find  incredibly special. They often arrive stressed and hopeless, and leave hopeful and open to suggestions.

My mission in life has always been to make a tangible difference in other people’s lives, so my work in reflexology is incredibly rewarding. Nutrition is a powerful tool for change, but it doesn’t work its magic from the very first day in the same way.

Still, nutrition plays a big role in maintaining the wellbeing I strive to cultivate through reflexology, so I enjoy discussing the subject with my clients for a holistic approach to their issues. Best of all, clients are more receptive to new ideas and introducing small changes when they are relaxed with their treatments and begin to see a difference in their symptoms.

I do what I do because I am inspired by watching people find hope again, by seeing the joy and relief they experience when a pain they have experienced for years starts to ease and by knowing they feel like they’ve finally found a way forward.

So here we are.

I later discovered foot reflexology and took a 10 month intensive course which I loved, qualifying as a reflexologist in 2005. Five years later I discovered Lone Sorensen’s Facial Reflexology; the course proved to be absolutely transformational. It is so multidimensional and rich, working on several aspects of the human body – emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. I qualified as a Facial Reflexologist in 2011 and am constantly building my knowledge with more Sorensistem courses, learning to tackle different ailments and bringing relief to all sorts of people.
